Overview
A longtime friend and co-worker of Peerless, Wu Wendell-Tsiang - Old Wu, as he's often called - was once a Sheung Fa organizing the street presence of the Ten Thousand Lions across the Kwun Tong docks of Hong Kong. Now a small-time fixer and smuggling coordinator between the Ten Thousand Lions and the Yellow Lotus, he remains deeply entangled in the social network of Kwun Tong despite his surprise relocation along with Peerless.
