Ficeker "Bismarck" von Scheißekopf is UCAS Navy Captain, gaining his nickname form the battleship he commands. His family moved to Seattle after the fall of Flux State in 2055. He joined with the navy at fairly young age and quickly advanced to a rank of Captain.
