Background

Edgar was born into a Chinese-American MCT family in Renton. He surged though school and kicked off his career as a MCT security spider. Having grown estranged from his family, his life and mental health were already tumbling down as Crash 2.0 happened, and he took the opportunity to disappear and coalesce. He took to the streets, spending his time reading textbooks and manuals in the Matrix. In this tumultuous and stressful period he gained a used cyberarm; more unusually, at 42 years old, he also developed the ability to perceive the astral. This new sense coloured his readings and research. This swiftly lead him to fall in with environmental activists, then radical environmental activists. Now a deeply disgruntled old man disgusted by the impact of modern society on the planet, he has taken to the shadows to earn cash and fight for environmental causes.
