Overview

A Literal Raccoon. Well, Bandit, actually - but a super intelligent one. Held in a Proteus facility and experimented on - he finally broke free and decided that all corporations must either adopt eco-friendly stances, or perish.

Personality: Incredibly sarcastic and potentially grating personality - somewhat self centered. However he has a heart of gold and often tries to ensure that his inventory is as stocked as possible so that he has what someone is looking for and no one is left out in the cold.

Aspect	Description
Nimble Fingers	Being born a nimble little things has its benefits - being able to get to certain restricted locations and..."lift" certain items from certain hands and locations. I can basically get what I want...usually when I want.
Intelligent for it's size	Because of implants forced upon him, Rocket is far more knowledgeable about things than Most bandits would be otherwise. Granted, finding a subject for him to actually care enough about to actually utilize that knowledge is trickier.
Cybernetic Augments	The docs didn't stop at those big brain augments; bone, muscle, and eye augments also allow him to stand perfectly upright...and wield weapons almost like a human - and get around just as easily as one.
The Gun Bus	New ride of heavily armored six wheeled mobile shop, can get most hand held things to you that much quicker.
