Thomas Anglestein was a wanna be reporter and corp wage slave until they turned him down due to 'Anger Issues'.  What anger issues, you pack of mewly eyed kittens?  It takes a real dwarf to dig in to all this! 


Understanding that his skill set could be valuable to those who stalk the shadows, he read up on 'how to be a spy' on the Matrix and started making friends.  He now has an army of spy drones at his disposal, an underground publication on 'the real truth of New Orleans', and won't hesitate at the chance to make some money off a runner that needs a helping hand in the 'legwork' department.
