Overview
Yoshinaga Chikara is the newly established oyabun of the newcomer Yoshinaga clan in Seattle, established with the blessing of the Wanibuchi-gumi as a subsidiary family to both test his capabilities and potentially expand influence and profits of the clan. He is ambitious and attempts to temper the New Way's relaxed recruiting with the discipline and honor the yakuza are supposed to be known for.
