Overview
Cendra is a Force 8 free fire spirit dwelling in an uninhabited stretch of the lava flats in Hell's Kitchen. They mostly want to be left alone, but are willing to tolerate metahuman visitors if they are willing to offer something in return. A past binding by a hermetic talislegger has made them wary of mages.
