Overview

Graf Lawine, born 1991 to parents in Germany. She bore no ill will to the world until her early 20s when she started to be dissatisfied with the natural order, the ebb and flow, the hustle and bustle. Finding the air always putting a sour taste in her pallet, she started to study into the arcane arts, becoming over time a proficient enchanter. Starting off small by offering her services to those in need, she grew distasteful of the weak and wanted a more noble, glorious purpose for her work. It wasn't until her first time leonizing and having her services asked for in hushed corridors of alleyway, college back rooms, and arcane black sites that she was contacted by someone from within the Black Lodge. She wanted and yearned desperately to be initiated, but where she had ample skill, she had not enough physical prowess to use her tools herself. Instead, she slotted herself nicely as an on-call arms dealer for the Black Lodge, both in Arcane and Mundane goods alike. Her new role as among other things, a dedicated enchanter and 'go getter' for the Baroque Masquerade sect of the Black Lodge.

GM Notes

• Lawine is incredibly vain and takes offhand comments or slights very personally.
• She is also incredibly 'manic' and cloying, seeing runners who engage with lodge or otherwise slaying of dragons as heroes.
• As opposed to some of the other people she's worked with, Lawine is always cold up front until runners get to Loyalty 3 or higher.
• Views the enemies of the Lodge with great disdain, even though she was denied full membership.
• Lawine is charismatic, bubbly, and extremely coy once the ice has been broken.

Strictly Business	Lawine is extremely unlikely to give chips out, due to her transactions being strictly business. Lawine will not hand out chips unless on a run directly for her as the Johnson, or by some other grand gesture. As well, Lawine will always require a chip from the runner for any service if chips are owed to the runner.

On Contract	Lawine has no loyalty to the Haven. She's got better things to do. She never offers a service for free or reduced price. If you need it faster or better, you pay more--it doesn't matter WHAT you're doing or what your loyalty is, or if you're part of the Black Lodge. She's already got a contract written in no uncertain terms.

No Deal	Lawine is choosey with her clientell. As such, she will not take calls from / will immediately burn any runner that has or acquires Negative Rep with the Black Lodge.

Enchanting Expert	While Lawine is a full mage, her specialties arise specifically in the way of enchanting. "If you can't beat em, make a bigger stick"
Magical Gear	Lawine has the hookup on magical gear ranging from Foci to Spells formulae to whatever your dreams desire.
Foci	Lawine is more than happy to make or upgrade foci, and will always be excited to hear stories of its usage.
Restricted Gear	Lawine has the ability to legally (and illegally) acquire restricted Gear.
Lawine's Deliver Serice	Lawine is more than happy to make sure her gear is delivered worldwide. If you're not in the same city as she is when the gear is ordered, there's a really good chance you'll have to talk her out of coming along for the ride to personally hand deliver her goods.
Armor Accessories	If you want your armor to really work as intended, she can hep it last that much longer with her armor mods.
Milspec Gear	Lawine has the hookup for combat gear, but specifically military gear.
High Explosives	If it goes bang, she's got it. If it doesn't, it probably should.
