Anyone that's spent enough time in Tacoma is familiar with the Tortuga Taco Truck, driven by Carlos Blanco, with his wife as a copilot.

Every few blocks, she complains that she needs to get out and stretch her legs, which Carlos takes as his cue to start selling food, because she'll be gone a while.
