Not much is known about him, other than that he is male and has a penchant for cyberpunk fantasy media. Unlike most X-ACT users, he actually owns a cyberdeck, and he occasionally stumbles on important leads, at which point he realizes his skills aren't enough, and he hires a team of shadowrunners.
