Overview
Lil Raj is a chop shop mechanic. He mainly does wheeled vehicles, but he knows a thing or two about aircraft and watercraft as well. He is the antithesis of subtlety, always taking his extremely shiny SUV wherever he goes. On top of repairing your drek, he can also get you a good deal on some drones, if that's what you're into.
