Background
Handraniel wishes for some data that MCT has, choosing to act upon the chaos at the ACHE in order to retrieve information on the location of 3 technomancers--Brickbreak/The Hound, Michelangelo, and Susan Rodriguez.

Collecting outside of the building, the group encounters strange man who declares that Gremlin in particular is 'Not Within Parameters'.
