Overview

Yoshinaga Chikara is the newly established oyabun of the newcomer Yoshinaga clan in Seattle, established with the blessing of the Wanibuchi-gumi as a subsidiary family to both test his capabilities and potentially expand influence and profits of the clan. He is ambitious and attempts to temper the New Way's relaxed recruiting with the discipline and honor the yakuza are supposed to be known for. Chikara, unlike many yakuza clans is keenly interested in ingratiating his clan with the local populace and therefore is more likely than others to treat with non-yakuza on subjects, schedule permitting.

Hard To Reach	Establishing a yakuza clan overseas with precious little support or manpower is a monumental task, and the majority of the oyabun's time and energy is poured into it, resulting in frequent unavailability. (Add +3 to contact availability checks and always make one.)
Tech-savvy	As both a technomancer and a member of the Wanibuchi-rengo, Chikara is rather familiar with things relating to the matrix.
Japanocorp connections	While Chikara has limited supplies and local contacts, he has some connections within the Shiawase and MCT, and can likely get you in touch with someone if needed or get your hands on goods from those corps.
Hidden Technomancy	Chikara's status as a technomancy is only known to a few in the Wanibuchi-gumi, as he feels having this ace up his sleeve helps him remain underestimated. However, in secret he can use those abilities when doing favors.
Veteran Yakuza	He's been yakuza for most of his life, and while he's new to Seattle he knows the proper etiquette to meet the other yakuza in the region and can likely get others in touch.
Bellevue Based	Since his arrival in Bellevue, Seattle he has invested a great deal of effort and time integrating himself with the district and learning the ins and outs and the players in the region. If it involves Bellevue, Chikara likely has a lead to direct you to.
