Overview
Red Stare is a well-known gear dealer in Berlin, primarily selling to the anarcho districts. He accepts Nuyen from almost anyone—except the Vory. Too much bad blood there. His gear is generally solid, but well-used—more used than his usual "only dropped once" joke suggests. Most of what you get from him is either damaged or heavily worn, but he balances that with a good price.
The dwarf is legendary for his poker games, where he usually loses everything—only to completely flip out and trash the place. Thankfully, he always pays his debts.
