Overview
An odd person, with far too much of an interest in magical matters and growing their own personal collection of runners who are willing to face off against anything to serve them. They are supposed to be operating in Russia...somewhere, but considering they rarely ever contact someone without several degrees of separation from themselves and their "prizes" as they would put it, it has been very difficult for anyone to hunt them down. This is likely also due to their hate of corporate eyes and hands over their "possessions". They seem to be quite fond of robbing corporate forces of their assets when given the chance, especially since those assets looking for an out tend to be the kind who can show their gratitude in ways The Keeper enjoys most.
They are an aficionado on all matters magical, incredibly helpful in assisting those who want to expand their magical talents in exchange for assistance down the line. They tend to keep eyes on talented awakened, and can often find a way to entice those with talent into working with them, one way or another, and can provide those helping hands to those under their employ as well.

And if someone is willing to report back their findings...the Keeper is more than willing to lend a hand. Provided that whoever is asking is willing to report back interesting findings that will not jeopardize them, The Keeper gains +2 dice to Networking for Metaplanar experts and guides. |
