Overview
Little is known about the early life of the Spectres Fixer known simply as 'Snoop Pogg'. It probably is not his actual name, but all of his wizganger mates and other associates only know him by that name. It's pretty common: Spectres have their bread and butter in secrecy. Mostly focusing on small-time crimes, the P-O-Double-G is helping them up their game by serving as a sort of Face for their interests. He is the only, or one of the only, Spectres who will surface in person in Seattle by request. He maintains a positive working relationship as a Fixer through the Haven and participates in that capacity for events like the annual Hallowing.
He is laidback, but don't waste his time. He won't get angry, he'll simply move on to something else that catches his interest. If you need drugs on a run, he's not a bad person to reach out to for them. DeepWeed is guaranteed, but he tends to have a smattering of other things about his person as well or can point you in the direction of someone who specialises in what you need. If you find yourself in a jam in Seattle and need someone who knows the ins-and-outs to quick escape routes, he's also a good person to call. Your Loyalty may impact how much he is willing to share about particularly juicy shortcuts and places to lay low or dip from dodgy situations, but he's a reasonable man and willing to help someone out provided they aren't a narc and it does not harm him or the Spectres. His gang trades in intelligence primarily, but individually he is happy to look the other way unless specifically being paid to collect and divulge information. He typically leaves that sort of legwork to his fellow gangers.
GM Notes
- He does always respond, but not always timely. Has a loose sense of time and is often too busy to meet in-person. Will never not be some level of high on DeepWeed. Extremely clever, good at extricating himself from bad situations.
- He does not have a single physical haunt. As the Spectres wiz-gang is almost exclusively astral, he is the rare one who will meet face-to-face as a Fixer or make dead drops for DeepWeed or intel, manage negotiations, etc.
- He does not trust easily, and will ask new contacts to smoke with him and perhaps grill them lightly to suss out if they are corpo or govvy 'narcs'. Not smoking makes him distrust a person and less likely to help.
- He will have casual conversations and is forgiving to runners who negotiate poorly, may take pity on them if they get themselves caught in an awkward position: Spectres come before runners, though.
- If runners take too long to come to decisions or are otherwise waffling and indecisive, he may simply wander away or disconnect a call while they are caught up and ignoring him if no one is addressing him directly.
- Feel free to use him as a J or a Fixer if appropriate. Spectres don't have feuds with anyone, so much as they operate in the astral and are basically mercenary information brokers, astral bodyguards, and occasionally blackmailers.
