Running the Anarchist Black Cresent, a paramilitary paramedic organization, is a lot of work. Thankfully this little fella is more than up to the task. Mors Blatta is a gear oriented fixer, who has all sortf of connections, but may have a hard time getting it to runners during crucial operations as he has a lot of other responsibilities to work through.
He is more than willing to help in return for slaves Helpful volunteers, who might support his operations with the Chicago containment Zone.
Overview
Mors Blatta is a born and bred Chicago native. he lives in Evanston. During the bug crisis in Chicago he became known as The Death Cockroach (no one knows why). Oversees the Anarchist Black Crescent's presence in Chicago. Coordinates Emergency Medical Response teams in the greater Chicago sprawl.
The Anarchist Black Cresent is the disaster relief equivalent of Docwagon, using extreme deadly force to protect their clients. When you place an emergency call in Chicago, Mors Blatta is going to be the one that picks up the comm-link on the other side.
On the otherhand, if youre in deep drek, he's the best person to call, provided you can survive the wait.
