Overview
David Squire is a KE captain who understood early on in his career that nobody is better at catching rats than other, bigger rats, with better intel. For the last fifteen years he's both given and received information to runners on anything from where the Red Hot Nukes go to re-up to where Paolo "Popeye" Giustiniani was laying low after he knocked off four Finnigan higher-ups in '72. His two-way intelligence operation has cleared over two hundred open cases over his career, many of them by the main suspect ending up dead. Additionally, it has resulted in almost two dozen cops on the take winding up either dead or fired. captain Squire considers that a win.
