Overview
A Literal Raccoon. Well, Bandit, actually - but a super intelligent one. Held in a Proteus facility and experimented on - he finally broke free and decided that all corporations must either adopt eco-friendly stances, or perish.

| Intelligent for it's size | Because of implants forced upon him, Rocket is far more knowledgeable about things than Most bandits would be otherwise. Granted, finding a subject for him to actually care enough about to actually utilize that knowledge is trickier. |
| Cybernetic Augments | The docs didn't stop at those big brain augments; bone, muscle, and eye augments also allow him to stand perfectly upright...and wield weapons almost like a human - and get around just as easily as one. |
