YoiJi is a 6'2 Oni who is a known agent of the Neo Haven Running community. A illusion summoner who has proven himself to not really care about the run itself as long as it comes with a bit of money. He shows little interest in actually being a true agent of Neo Haven.

When the going gets tough, I get going When contacted and asked to do a favor YoiJi will outright refuse or will charge double for higher than rating 3 favors.
Charisma like a true devil. YoiJi is a social mage and applys a +2 bonus to Social activities.
I can summon my own minions YoiJi is also a summoner and applys a +2 when dealing with spirits.
My favorite minion YoiJi specialized with the guardian spirit and adds a +2 bonus when involved with guardian spirits.
Your reality is mine to control As a mage YoiJi specifically finds Illusions thrilling and adds a +2 to dealing with Illusions
Part of the Neo-haven As part of the Neo-haven YoiJi knows part of what's going on in the running community adding +2 to knowledge checks dealing with the shadow community.
