Background
Halloweeners hate First Nations and vice versa. Love don't care.
The Meet
The runners met with Julio at the Can't Think Of A Name bar in Touristville, where they're given a burner commlink with Julio's number on and a bunch of flame lilies, to get to Ramona without harming her friends or otherwise souring the potential relationship before it begins.
The Plan
Sneak into Ramona's apartment and place the stuff.
The Run
Successfully infiltrated, with a couple clutch moments, while Ramona was in the shower.
