Overview

A fledgeling AI currently living out of a strange, scratch-built deck owned by the Woman From Another Place, LAURA resembles one of Elsewhere's old Otaku compatriots, being oddly pliable for what being effectively a rogue AI. While she is a perfectly serviceable hacker, she suffers even more severely from the neuroses that Elsewhere does, and is as a result almost impossible to work with for anyone else.

Aspects Description

Aspect Description
Artificial (?) Intelligence Laura is gone, there is only LAURA now. LAURA is a better hacker than this 'Laura' ever was, and she even has a better social life, kind of not really. Hey, she has friends, just not ones that exist in the meat.
M3th0d 2 th3 M4dne55 Laura used to love thinking about all the creepy things that were going on on the old Matrix: Dragons 'walking' among us, AI coverups, secret corp projects. Now on the 'new' Matrix, LAURA is almost always turning over a strange new conspiracy theory in her mind: shame there's most often only a nugget of truth to what she says.
Ephemeral Presence LAURA is not an e-ghost, but she could be mistaken for one. Flitting in and out of hosts without being noticed is her favourite way to pass the time, and she can pick up certain pieces of supposedly 'hidden' information along the way.
Matrix-Mad LAURA, as both a poorly-socialized AI and a barely sane one, has understandable difficulty communicating with 'normal people', even those who are fairly well-experienced with the matrix. As a result, she cannot get in contact with individuals who are not AIs, for the sake of Networking or otherwise.
