Master of a self-described "ninja clan" consisting of four adolescent amphibians, Master Chipper is a chinchilla-SURGEd gnome who lives in the Ork Underground below Bellevue. His family is secretive, rarely coming aboveground, but fiercely loyal, and always willing to help out a friend.
