Overview
Phantom O is a mysterious individual that speaks in a stilted and robotic tone at all times. They do not ever meet in person and do not reveal their location ever. They will only communicate through the use of custom anthrodrones with a tv screen instead of a head. Phantom O does not seem to wish for anything beyond causing as much chaos as possible.
Play guide:Phantom O is something similar to a bad 80's supervillain. Phantom O only really cares about what will cause as much chaos in Seattle, or better yet the world. Even if a run fails, as long as chaos was caused they will see it as a success. Phantom O is also very paranoid about people learning of their location or any personal things about them and will cut all contact if they pick up on someone trying to gain any info on them. Their speech should be stilted and robotic. They are almost always neutral unless the chance to cause chaos is brought up in which they will act excited. Their anthrodroid screen face also is usually displaying either commentary on the conversation or information to add the job.
