Overview
Tim is a magician, who works as a fixer for other magicians. However, unlike normal people, he insists on avoiding all electronic communication in favor of an owl-based courier system. He is absolutely certain it will catch on, despite the core flaws being that you can only exchange 1 message each at a time, and it's a bit slow. At the very least, the owls seem to know where they are going! He is otherwise a bit of a downer, preferring to stay at home in his paraflora garden or watching trids, and if you need to contact him you'll have to go knock on his door.
