Overview
A straw sandal with the Red Dragon Triad. Top Dog operates almost entirely within Hong Kong though he has some pull in the Seattle shadows too. His main role is to make sure deals with non-triad elements go smoothly.

| Smuggler | The Red Dragon Triad has it's hooks in the Hong Kong Container Terminal and can make sure pretty much anything can get in or out of Hong Kong. |
