Overview

Ms.Osbourne was one of many orphans forgotten by society in the Redmond Barrens struggling to survive. She picked up her anti-corpo sentiment early, learning the bass guitar to help her cope with her anger. She eventually joined a band known as WH1PLA5H with a few others and learned how to cause some real chaos. She took over organizing social media feeds, showing videos of their gigs and the resulting pandemonium they caused. She knows how to whip people up into a frenzy and get them where they need to go or direct them at who or what she wants them directed at. Her and the band pages have been removed from MeFeed and P2.0 so many times... but they always come back, louder than ever.

• Emily will NOT work for any character(s) with known corporate ties, or help on runs that would benefit any corporation.
• She always sounds (slightly) angry with a fairly rough voice.
• Will throw in casual insults to anyone she considers a friend (loyalty 3+) and wont be upset if they throw the same attitude back at her.
