Overview

A classic old shaman of the Painted Horse Lodge, Joseph Speaks-With-Rivers is a shaman following the Cat totem. He seeks to repair some of the spiritual violence done to Seattle by pollution, squalor, and poverty, but in the mean time, is a highly competent talismonger and businessman. There are rumors that he may have been a shadowrunner himself in his younger days, but he will laughingly dismiss such rumors
