Overview
A classic old shaman of the Painted Horse Lodge, Joseph Speaks-With-Rivers is a shaman following the Cat totem. He seeks to repair some of the spiritual violence done to Seattle by pollution, squalor, and poverty, but in the mean time, is a highly competent talismonger and businessman. There are rumors that he may have been a shadowrunner himself in his younger days, but he will laughingly dismiss such rumors. He will, however, get out the good stuff for anyone who respects the spirits and fights the good fight, and seems a little more connected than the average small business owner.
