Background
A skilled and feared member of the Grid Overwatch Division across Seattle, this government spook's done his fair share of work across decades of hunting illegal Matrix dwellers. God only knows how high his bodycount is, though towards the end of his career, he was tasked more with hunting technocritters and protosapients than hackers. When he followed one into a rogue host, he discovered evidence of a wide-scale conspiracy, one which threatened the integrity of UCAS as a sovereign nation and could possibly see it be devoured by megacorporations into sections of extraterritorial grounds or worse, subsumed by Aztlan in an act of aggressive expansion. While he did his job and left without copying any of it, knowing where it was crossing the line, it wasn't careful enough. Avoiding getting arrested and executed at his workplace at the top of the Renraku Arcology complex just barely, Calhoun swept his records clean with one final favor of a colleague and booked it across Seattle into a safe location in Ft. Lewis. He has little more but the implants his previous occupation gave him, but if it comes to working the shadows, that's all he'll need.
Maybe if he can break the schemes of those he uncovered, he might just get a nice retirement pension -- or get back to work and hunt down hackers with impunity. Really, he's fine with either one, but until then he's on GOD's most wanted list for good reason. For who knows how they behave better than one of their own?

- Aged - He's old. Very old. It's unlikely he's going to be putting rounds through enemies like it's going out of style, but damn if he's not knowledgeable.
- SURGE - Lambda's SURGE manifests not as a physical change, but as an aura of discomfort and eerie unsettling vibes that follow him where-ever he goes. Any who see him admit that he feels wrong in an ineplixcable way.
