Overview

Casting a narrow but long shadow over the Seattle shadow community is a figure known only as the Dollmaster. Operating out of a secret location downtown, this mysterious fixer is well reputed to be both outstandingly well-connected and wholly ruthless. Working with even the most dangerous runners and working to make them even more dangerous, Dollmaster's only visible flaw is his tendency to infantilise and over-patronise "his" runners, which has led to his losing some of them despite his key role in their success.

Subtle Touches	Dollmaster knows exactly where to get one's hands on high-quality bio/geneware, little changes he can make to his runners to make them more effective.
Cut and Paste	Dollmaster's disregard for the bodies of the runners he manages means he's willing to take small risks with them, happily implanting them with cyberware to ensure their effectiveness.
Arm and a Leg	Dollmaster loves the feeling of 'customizing' other people, he knows where to get high-spec cyberlimbs and cyberlimb upgrades.
Leveraging	Dollmaster keeps a black book of 'encouraged' "contacts", on whom he has accumulated compromising information. His clandestine network can even create compromising information, should none be immediately available.
Long Game	If Dollmaster needs a finger in a pie, he can get one in given enough time. When he needs a contact, he prefers to plot over the long-term to get his hands on one, rather than strain his social network.
Overwhelming Force	Dollmaster prefers to operate from a position of supremacy, in social contexts and violent ones. He's gotten good at acquiring heavier ordnance for his runners, as well as networking among the powerful.
