Overview
Rino Ozawa is a seattle-born Oni who found her way into the underworld, more specifically the realm of smuggling items that maybe aren't legally permitted in the metroplex... or maybe they're just items that didn't have their proper paperwork filed. She was not particularly interested in swearing in with a larger organization, not liking the idea of forfeiting her autonomy in those years and she refused a few offers from yakuza clans in the past. Her reputation and independent status drew the attention of Yoshinaga Chikara as he was establishing the clan and extended an offer to the woman. She initially refused, but eventually began cooperations as her previous work began becoming more hazardous due to intervention from others trying to press her into service. She's since learned to mostly enjoy her role within the organization.

Further, if she catches wind the runners are planning to cross the clan directly she is likely to discreetly feed this information to the oyabun directly before burning the contact once the attempt is thwarted. |
| Clan First | On all checks not directly related to clan affairs (i.e. a run on their behalf), roll 2d6 and subtract loyalty. The normal time taken to provide the service is multiplied by the result. This penalty may be bypassed by spending one chip for members of the clan, or two chips for runners who are not members. |
| Smuggling is my specialty | Rino's been smuggling for a large portion of her life and she's quite good at it. If it relates to bypassing legal restrictions to acquire merchandise(R/F gear), Rino has some degree of experience with it. |

If the gear interacts with the matrix or is programmed with technical skills(like synthskin masks), Rino likely can arrange to part with some of the clan's supply. |
