Summary

The runners were hired by Miss Hattie, an Ork Talismonger from the CAS who is setting up shop in Seattle as she expands her network cities, clients, and contacts. She was doing a simple talent test to get some Century Ferrets from an esturary not far off the coast of seattle.

Background

Miss Hattie is a talismonger of some reputation from the CAS and Caribbean League. She comes with a solid reputation and a straightforward if pleasant demeanor. She knows of a small island with a huge estuary mat behind it that is often used to breed and smuggle parafauana by a family of low key smugglers and backyard breeders. She wants some ferrets from that estuary and to test out talent in town.

The Meet

The meet takes place across the street from Urban Pest Control: Redmond Office, in front of a Noodle and Taco truck set up with a few park benches. The heavily armed KE subsidiary pest control company across the street providing adequate cover. Hattie offers them a job and transportation and after dragging out a few details and negotiations, the team accepts.
