Overview
Edward "The Throttle" AKA Sparkplug is an old street runner, an excentric that love make weird experiment with anything that has an engine. He is also an efficient drug dealer and quickly acquainted himself with local gang especially the Halloweeners. Though cost efficient his adjustement to anyone vehicle sometimes produce catastrophic (yet spectacular) failure.
GM Notes
-Sparkplug usually keep the face of that nice but weird uncle, always offering little thing on top of service ask.
-Amongst the thing he always try to offer to runners is that "Nitroglyceri-Methanol" something he hope to patent one day, which a potent mix to add in anyone fuel... Effect are variable but usually end up with an explosion.
-While having acquaintance with the Halloweeners Sparkplug doesn't really care about gang affiliation.

When Sparkplug's is entrusted to make modification or when the runners use the Nitroglyceri-Methanol,GM should roll a secret edge test (3). If succeeded nothing wrong happen, if failed the bonus become a malus. On a glitch the vehicle suffer a breakdown and need a standard repair. For critical Glitch refer to the related aspect. |
| Nitroglyceri-Methanol | Sparkplug most prized experiment, a mix of nitroglycerine and methanol that is supposed to crank up any engine past it's specification for a brief amount of time. When used increase Speed by 20% like the gearhead quality, in case of critical glitch on unstable experiment the engine explode. (Consider this as a succesful call shot engine block) |
| Perfectly Adjusted | Sparkplug take a lot of time to adjust every component of a vehicle...So it run like clockwork! When used it work like the Gearquality with handling increase. In case of a critical glitch on unstable experiment a poor weld make the vehicle almost undrivable (Reduce the handling to 1 until some repair have been made) |
