Overview
The mysterious user known only as "c1ph3r" is a frequent poster on the X-ACT message boards. Not much is known about him, other than that he is male and has a penchant for cyberpunk fantasy media. Unlike most X-ACT users, he actually owns a cyberdeck, and he occasionally stumbles on important leads, at which point he realizes his skills aren't enough, and he hires a team of shadowrunners. Such leads resulted in the discoveries of Mirage Island and Cabinet Man, though he didn't get credit for the former because no one believed him. He has a bit of a following now thanks to Cabinet Man, but not terribly much.
