Overview
Karahashi Atsutada is a Lieutenant in the Mita-gumi clan. He is well liked by his men, and produces solid results for the Clan. Rumor has it he has an agent stateside to be his eyes and ears, but this isn't confirmed. He is only half Japanese. His mother was a Swedish diplomat to the IJS. His father met her at an afterparty, and they quickly developed feelings. Karahashi was born a year later. Due to his father's excellent standing and influence in the Clan, Karahashi was allowed to become a member. After several long years he rose to a prominent position in the Mita-gumi.
Karahashi was a good friend of Ichijo Mori, and was present the night his daughter exacted her revenge. But he was less senior then, and was forgiven since the whole situation was very unorthodox.
He maintains many contacts outside of the Clan, and frequently works with Shadowrunners to do jobs where the Clan can't.
