Overview

Otto's face looks cut from a block of granite, with a complexion to match. He rarely smiles, except at his own occasional jokes, which he (and he alone, usually) finds hilarious. He has no qualms cutting up bodies, dead or alive, and his scalpel is as steady as his icy stare. At heart, however, Otto is a softy. He cares deeply about his community, and he feels personally attacked when gangers or hoodlums disrupt it. He spends his weekends at a local youth club, and he knows all his neighbors by first name. He has been jumped on more than one occasion by gangers looking to mark their territory, but a hefty amount of bioware and a concealed sawed-off shotgun have helped him stand his ground so far.
