Overview
BobbieJo, McShane is--according to her--the daughter of Pitty 'Grease Lightning' McShane, but he will rarely acknowledge her presence. While she's not too shabby behind the wheel and she can pull strings to get vehicles, her real strength is knowing just about every driver in Seattle proper, (which is twice as likely as likely if the driver drinks moonshine or gives the law pressed ham.) Half of them love her, half of them are afraid of her, but almost all of them will answer the phone.
In addition to cars, BobbieJo loves Dave Davis, roller hotdogs and taquitos, chew, energy drinks and booze. She dislikes cops, fake people, fancy people, and Dave Davis.
GM NOTES
Play her as county and angry, but make sure she's clever. BobbieJo didn't build her list of contacts purely off her daddy's back. She will eat anything anywhere, and will always have chew or dip in her mouth or on her person.
