Overview
Amihan Bayani is a goblinized Filipino ork of age and experience by now. Born in 2021, shortly after the JIS occupation started, he grew up under the yoke of the Japanese invaders. His family had a running patriotic streak, so joining up with the Huk wasn't surprising. Amihan wanted to use his scientific talents to see the islands free again, working hard in school and exceling at science subjects. Discreetly, he also tinkered with fell-off-the-truck guns the rebels used, introducing assorted modifications. In 2040, he underwent Goblinization, but didn't let it stop him. He managed to earn an Engineering Degree and joined up with the rebels right after.
With the Huk, Bayani worked as an engineer designing and producing mines, grenades and traps. He would also modify weapons available. He could make them more accurate than default models, reduce recoil or even disguise them as more mundane objects like walking canes. Rather than with land troops, he stuck with the sea, eventually earning the rank of ensign. This is when his dream of designing guns which would work better underwater was born. Well-liked, not letting injuries accrued stop him, he made his family proud of him. As he aged, he had to move entirely to design. This didn't repel him, however: to this day, he believes your brain is just as necessary in war as your brawn and supply lines.
In 2072, the Philippines regained independence from the JIS, much to Bayani's pride. After training a new generation of engineers for the local defence bureau, he retired from service, with many accolades. This is when Krime swept in, offering him the possibility of continuing intellectual work. In 2083, he even leads a Krime factory in Carbonado, Puyallup, working on gun components aimed at better performance underwater.

If it succeeds, you owe him a chip to re-earn favor with him. |
Krime Katalog | In charge of the Krime factory in Carbonado, Puyallup, Bayani can really help with matters relating to the corporation and its goods. He makes knowledge tests related to Krime, networking ones in Seattle or the Philippines, and gear acquisition checks at +2. |
Technical School Education | Bayani has an Engineering Degree for a reason, with years of experience on top of it. He makes Mathematics, Physics and Engineering knowledge tests at +2. |
Engie | Want a gun, mine, trap? He's your man. Armorer and Demolitions tests are made at +2. This stacks with the bonuses for superior tools and facility access, although you'll have to wait for longer - treat delivery times as 2 higher as Bayani is a perfectionist (checking his goods twice is not often enough). |
Military Man | Bayani used to be rather high up in the Huk Navy and receives +2 to tests relating to information about military organizations, especially related to maritime activities. |
Special Operations | Years of guerilla against the JIS paid off. He's got +2 to tests related to special forces and special operations. |
