Overview

Alligator Jack and his (modified out the wazoo) EVO Aquavida floating home have been around in Miami and vicinities for a couple decades now. He likes his pseudopirate getup, but under the thick accent and tattoos to the gills hides a very solid smuggler with a heart of gold. Jack can navigate the Everglades and the EVO Renewal Zone with relative ease without getting him and his crew eaten (or worse) or losing cargo. The live-on boat is large enough to carry a few medium drones and motorcycles together with a couple of people. He can hunt game and goods down for you with ease, especially all kinds of items useful for tourists, hunters or smuggling.

Novahot Navigator	When he needs to keep a low profile (objectively most of the time), tests to sneak using watercraft are done at +2 (Like Subtle Pilot: Watercraft from R5).
Boating Buys	Jack knows exactly who to ask buying watercraft. If the vehicle or drone in question uses Pilot Watercraft, he makes Gear Acquisition checks at +2.
Everglades Expert	He both knows a great deal about the Everglades and can work there. Knowledge tests related to the area and its dangers as well as active checks from the Outdoors group specifically there are at +2.
Miami Vice	The underworld of Miami holds few secrets for Jack. He makes tests like Underworld, Syndicates and Gangs at +2 if they're related to crime in the Caribbean League.
Happy Hunting	Jack knows exactly what and how to hunt in the Caribbean League. When he's making checks like Tracking, Survival or weapon skills specifically on a hunt, they receive a +2 bonus. In addition, if it involves talislegging in the region, he can help you with the relevant knowledge skills.
