Overview

Hassan Bahreini is the New Century Party (NCP) National Youth Chair. He's a brilliant young man with a thaumaturgy doctorate from MIT&T who burned all of his future prospects in the megacorporate world with his thesis (ask him about it, he'd love to ramble.) Finding his way from academia into the political world, he's a fast rising shadow operator for the New Century Party. Say what you will about his bedside manner, but you can't say he's not a true believer.

Aspect	Description
A Man of Principle	Hassan has his principles, and they're straight forward. Loyalty may never be increased above a character's Notoriety score. If a Notoriety score jumps above the Loyalty rating, Hassan will stop taking their calls until something is done about their wicked reputation.
Creature of the Swamp	Hassan lives in DeeCee and breaths that foul swamp air most of the year. He's also very familiar with the who's-who of the DeeCee political scene.
Shrek	Hassan isn't the world's most charismatic hermetic mage, but he is undeniably brilliant. If you can suffer through his mercurial personality there's a lot of insight to be found in his thaumaturgical research. And luckily for him (and for you, should you need connecting) most of the magicians in the Illuminates of the New Dawn are about as charismatic...he fits right in.
Donkey	The Democratic Party of the last half of the 20th century is all but dead and buried. There are, however, somepeople clinging to the old ways and the old systems. Almost all of the top UCAS military elites (that don't immediately make you want to strangle them) are still clinging to the vestiges of the Democratic Party. The New Century Party is the party of progress, but sometimes in the shadows you need to make connections with some old hawks...Hassan has those introductions covered.
Lord Farquaad	Hassan is an ambitious man. He sees the New Century Party as having a real shot at winning state and Metroplex elections across the UCAS and, perhaps, taking the White House. He knows the current movers and shakers in the current administration and can put you into contact with the President's people.
Princess Fiona	Hassan is a true believer. His political faith is as powerful as a religious one, and his Mary and his Princess will always be Rozilyn Hernandez, former UCAS Presidential Candidate and de facto head of the Illuminates of the New Dawn. As he is in reverence of her, he will not make introductions for just anyone: only for those whose Loyalty are 4 or higher.
Dreamworks	There are legions of young and energized NCP youth volunteers and voters, many of whom swell the federal Youth Committee and it's Sub-Committees. Hassan takes special pains to keep detailed notes of all the young people he think might be of service to the cause both in the light, and in the shadows. He can put his contacts in touch with young people of a myriad of different social backgrounds, but they all share one thing in common: faith that the future can be made better.
