Overview

Galina Amirov is the Pacific Prosperity Group (PPG) Trade Representative for the Seattle Metroplex. The sister of the powerful Vory leader, Efim Amirov, she bridges the gap between the Underworld and the Corporate World and does so with practiced ease. The PPG is well aware of her underworld dealings and, in fact, encourages her activities…so long as they benefit the PPG or cause no harm to their coalition. Her coalition status gives her the equivalent of a transferable corporate SIN between the various double-A and single-A corporations in the PPG. She can be hard to reach, however, as she is often traveling between her three homes of Seattle, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur.

Always Working	Between 10am and 10pm, Galina is unavailable to answer your comm call. You could always head over to her corporate office in Seattle, or wait a while and see if she calls you back on break.
Business Class	Galina’s day job takes her around the globe. Any given day she might be meeting with a PPG member corp, or taking a meeting with another megacorporation. Her digital Rolodex is full: if you need to know somebody at one of the big corporations, she probably has someone on dial.
Shared Prosperity	Galina has very good connections with member corporations of the PPG. Any information or networking needs involving the PPG is her speciality.
Consortium Goods	Galina has access to a rich and varied market of technological products produced by PPG member-corporations, including reverse-engineered knock-offs of high-end products produced by AAA megacorps. Galina can requisition technological products (including top-notch PPG imitations) for the right price.
Corporate Espionage	While Galina would never admit to spying on or otherwise interfering with PPG member-corporations, she certainly knows her way around a recording device. Galina has access to and ready familiarity with the technology used for breaking and entering and surveillance purposes and can acquire it for her contacts.
Visage	Galina is a master of disguise, both socially, and interpersonally. Her work requires her to be a chameleon and to utilize a chameleon’s toolkit emotionally and, at times, technologically. Galina has contacts who make acquiring the technology that assists in camouflaging or concealing the wearer a piece of cake.
(In)Authentic Self	Sometimes you have to lie to achieve your goals. Sometimes you have to become someone else to become your authentic self. Galina has access to top-notch ID forgers and can help her contacts acquire fake SINs.
Burn Notice	Sometimes, you need to become someone new and fast, and you don’t care how long the facade holds up as long as you get out of town. Galina understands: she’s been there. Galina can acquire Burner SINs with relative ease.
Welcome To The (PPG) Family	If you need a fake SIN issued by a PPG member megacorporation, you’re in luck! Galina has access to the coalition department that oversees the creation and issuance of real new Corporate Limited SINS for new (often extracted) employees. While the SINs won’t hold up as legitimate under the heaviest scrutiny because you’ve never actually clocked into work, she is able to get her hands on Fake Rating 6 Corporated Limited SINs very easily. So long as the issuer is a PPG member-corp.
Customs Issue	Galina has been waist deep in the digital red tape, trying to untangle trade issues for coalition partners and the nations of the Pacific coast. If you have a cross-border issue (or an issue crossing borders) Galina can lend a hand.
