Overview
Khloe Zoey-Snow, aka Soot-Steps, is a dwarf who never really wanted to amount to much. Nobody in her family expected much of her, due to her frailty. But when she awakened on in life, and suddenly everyone wanted a piece of her time, she started to grow disillusioned with life. "Soot-Steps, over here!", or "Soot-Steps cleanse this!", or "Soot-Steps make me fly!". Never "Soot-Steps, how are you" or "How can I serve you, queen". No, instead she had to work her life away, and she lamented both to herself and others how she wished she was royalty who could just stay at home and do nothing all day. She's got a bad attitude, but she excels in her skills of stealthily gathering info.
Finding a friend in Jessica 'Weaver' Abraham for being even more pitiful than herself, Soot-Steps ended up staying by her side in order to keep her safe. Especially since she had found a fast friend and parasocial relationship after looking over her for a week.
GM Notes
- Her main skills include riding on her broom with spells like levitate to gain an eye-from-above sort of view on the world.
- She's got a rough attitude, but she's not the "sweet once you get to know her kind of person". No, Soot-Steps is foul through and through. Though, she can be temporarily won over by giving her treats.
- She will not engage in combat herself.
- Her main method of transportation is a broom with a drone attached. The drone can be used as an alternate method of transportation, allowing her mechanical means of getting around.

| Unreliable | Soot-Steps doesn't like having to work. As such, she's usually pretty bad at helping out or being reliable in what you ask of her. Whenever contacted, the GM rolls a 1D6 in secret. If the roll is a one, the contact will say, with complete confidence, that they will do the request or that they have the right information. They will then flake out or their information will be wrong. They will say they got the gear, then accidentally sell it to another person. |

| Voyueristic Vagrant | If you shouldn't be there, or if someone would get mad at you for taking photos of them, she's surprisingly happy to go and find things out that people like being kept secret. She calls it 'people watching', other people call it 'illegal trespass and entry via artifice' |
