Overview
The red stare is a known gear dealer in Berlin usually selling to the anarcho districts, he does accept Nuyen from every direction except from the vory - too much bad blood here. His gear is solid usually, but used - more used then his regular "only dropped once"-joke. So most stuff you get from his is either damaged or in a well-used state, however he balances it with a good price. The dwarf is legendary for his poker games in which he usually loses everything, just to totally flip and trash the place... Thank god, he always pays his debt.
