Summary

Background
The Night Hunters are incredibly bigoted, violent, and in the fixer Hellsing's case, a pain in the ass personally. For months the two groups - the gang and Hellsing's little personal network - have been butting heads and interfering with each other's operations. Hellsing has been able to keep things mostly moved around the ones who hate HER business in particular, the night hunters who use "soul sucker threat" to justify their work and target her business for it. But a new group suddenly struck a shipment of medical supplies - and blood bags - when she wasn't expecting it. Someone new. Someone she needed investigated, once she had her shipment back and moving.
The Meet
Hellsing invited some relative unknowns - Epsilon, Obumbrata, and Meretseger - to investigate the matter for her. According to footage, she identified the group as likely being part of some small-time gang called the Rovers, though she didn't explain why she was suspicious and thought they were involved with possibly the Night Hunters. Too early. For the three, the job was simple - research the group, find the shipment, and get it back. If there was more, they'd probably stumble upon it over the run. She offered 4k for the job being done, and another 2k if they didn't ruin the delivery van she was loaning them for the job.
