Overview
Jenny Rivers is a construction worker with a bunch of drunk construction worker friends and access to a bunch of construction worker equipment. She works for an old elven foreman who still believes in unions (specifically and only the part about working an hourly wage and taking 4x as long as reasonable to do literally anything. Its really more of an excuse to scam clients out of their money and keep his employees happy.) and turns a blind eye whenever his trucks go missing for a few hours. Being a construction worker, Jenny is absolutely jacked, and likes to show that off. A lot. And brag about it a lot too. She's a bit of a musclehead.

| Meathead | If jenny meets you in person, she will challenge you to an arm wrestling contest. Roll BOD+STR, if you fail to meet a threshold of 3, she charges a favor for her services and embarrasses you for having noodle arms. |
| This road is closed | Jenny can put together a road crew and block off a city street, create detours, and generally cause problems for anybody trying to take a direct route somewhere. However, she can only do this for a few hours at most, and she can't stop the police. She can totally warn you they are coming and delay the cars for a few minutes, though. |
| Blue Collar Smuggler | When's the last time you looked at a dump truck? A cargo van? How about the last time you walked through a construction site without permission and supervision? Jenny can move you around discreetly, or set up a safehosue (the downside is it'll be very noisy, trucks and jackhammers arent exactly tools of stealth). |
| Commercial Grade Explosives | +2 DP for anything to do with commercial explosives, including planting them. This is where that plastic explosive is supposed to be used, not that Jenny is being responsible with it. |
