Chloe was born in a relatively stable wage-slave home in the CAS, in the Saint Louis Metroplex. The locals were tolerant of her being a Hobgoblin, although she was far from equal. Between the subtle metaracism, the few bursts of Humanis hatred, the choking corporate scene of Saint Louis, and the terrors of the street, she found her calling on a bar stage with a guitar and angry lyrics. She eventually moved to Seattle's Touristville, began something of a gutterpunk streak, and built up a reputation quickly as a hardcore rockergirl.
