Summary
If you've ever been to a con, chances are you've met someone like Kawaii. One of those waifu/husbando obsessed super fans that has a whole shelving unit dedicated to their figurines and at least 2 bookshelves full of manga. Don't even try to figure out how much money's been spent of gacha games over a short amount of time. However, that is Kawaii's way of living and she's very content with being true to herself and her hobbies. Being a Shadowrunner is just another one of those fun hobbies of hers, where she gets to pretend to be a protagonist from one of her Shonen Mangas! Though, really, she's more of a Shojo Magical Girl, if she were to go into the specifics but let's not start that 3 hour long debate.
Goals
Gain money to support her life style and her obsession with Gacha, Manga and Idols. Probably make some friends, that wouldn't hurt!
Background
Kawaii wasn't always living a life of pure weebness, despite her claims of 'being raised by it, molded by it'. Born of two Mitsuhama Computer Tech employees, Kawaii's special "gifts" were quickly recognized as a threat to their daughter's life. Keeping her hidden was their top priority, given her technomancy gifts and the addition of a health condition that made her bed ridden for a large chunk of her life. However, Kawaii grew tired of being stashed away behind closed doors, unable to make friends or explore much beyond books and the matrix (with an emphasis on not talking to anyone). After several talks with her parents, they came to the agreement that when she reached 18, they were to fake her death and help create a new life for her under a new name.
Finally, when the day came, Kawaii chose the name 'Seras Phantomhive' (Two names picked from very old mangas she had found stashed away in her mother's collection.) and began living on her own. Having some funding from her parents in secrecy to keep her medical help going, a new dog named Kuro and a place of her own, Kawaii's personality bloomed into the Weeb Queen she is today! She's aware her life is in danger; however the fact she can live life to its fullest dwarfs the fear of being caught.

Form 2: After the very bright transformation sequence, Kawaii's Magical girl form is Pink and reminiscent of old Magical Girl Animes, like Madoka, Card Captor Sakura and Sailor Moon!
