Overview

Levesque has been smuggling for the Zobop for years in the Big Easy, and his haul usually contains drugs, critters and awakened paraphernalia. He's a sour old man to pretty much everyone, but notably friendlier to Vodoun tradition followers. He prefers to discuss business in Haitan Creole, but will settle for French, or Nawlin's Yat dialect if he must. His legitmate business is 'Jwenn Fasil', a Talinsonger shop in the french Quarter. He lives in the apartment above.

Critter Smuggler Levesque has been smuggling into New Orleans longer than a lot of people have been alive, he knows all the necessary tricks. +2 to Critters and Paracritters.
Drug Runner One of his other favorite things to smuggle into the City. +2 to mundane and awakened drug acquisition.
Black Market connections Uses the Zobop and other Black Market contacts to leverage himself or his clients a healthy amount of forbidden or restricted gear.
