Summary

Mirage is a true American patriot who's goal in life is serving his country. Unfortunate circumstances (or his family plotting against him, depending on who you ask) resulted in him "resigning" from the FBI training program and his SIN has enough black marks that he'll never be able to get the any kind of job with a government agency.

Mirage was brought up in privilege and upon completing the 2 years of US Armed forces service mandated in the conditions of his trust fund he got it released, went to UW where he got a bachelor's degree in business law before going into the training program at the FBI academy.

Leaves a calling card behind where ever he infiltrates. The cards are made of actual paper, bone white with a charcoal black image of a head. One side of the head appears hazy, as if it is disintegrating and floating away.

Run History

Flobots - Failure Games - Going with the good old thinking of "nothing ventured, nothing gained" Mirage took on a Dawkins agent in social maneuvering. While much more than less successful this drew the attention of this Dawkins agent (a Cory Delgado) to Mirage's favourite fake SIN of Joshua Holmes, Matrix Image Consultant form Charisma Associates. I can only assume that this SIN is being rather closely monitored now. To further complicate matters, because I make excellent chargen decisions, Mirage has the Signature negative quality. So he left one of his calling cards (see Symbols further down on the wiki page) in a flowerbed in the offices of Unible Biohazards Clean Up Service which is a Dawkins Group front. Yay!

Joe has frequently been the person that Jacques Preud'homme turns to when the R&D department of Preud'homme Dynamic Solutions needs some slightly shady materials for their work. When Mirage entrusted his slightly insane plan for rehabilitating his reputation to his uncle, Jacques trusted no one more than Joe to get Mirage off on the right foot in the shadow community.

Great Uncle. The one who helped Mirage with his first steps into the shadows. Often offers a willing ear when Mirage needs to decompress post run.

Snake? Innocent person caught in the middle of something he had no part in? Al was Mirage's roommate during his stint in the FBI training program. When cereprax was found in their room, Mirage took the fall, believing that his family connections would be enough to keep him in the program. To his surprise his family barely managed to get him enough leeway that he was allowed to "resign" from the program for "personal reasons". To this day, Mirage is unsure whether Al actually owned those drugs, planted them on behalf of Mirage's family or was just the wrong person in the wrong place.

Appearance

Not an especially handsome man, the bone structure and angles of his face are just enough off that he can never fit into the mold of traditional beauty. He is slightly above average height, slim and in decent physical shape.

Clothing

Will usually be found in a stylish suit or a blazer/slacks combo of some sort. Depending on where he wants to be on the casual/formal scale he'll wear anything from a t-shirt to a 1000 nuyen shirt underneath his jacket.

Matrix Persona

His matrix persona is a black avatar that upon closer inspection has really detailed features, the right side of the head on the avatar is disintegrating and floating away from the rest of it where it dissolves.
